The conference will take place at the Department of Science of the University of Insubria. At the ground floor of the building in Via Valleggio 11, Como.

The closest train station to the Department of Science is Como (Nord) Borghi.  From Milano, there are direct trains to Como Borghi from the station Milano Cadorna or Milano Nord Bovisa. If you are going to the city center, those trains stop also at the station Como (Nord) Lago, very close to the lake and to the cathedral.

From the stations Milano Centrale or Milano Porta Garibaldi, there are direct trains to the station Como S. Giovanni. From there to the Department of Science, you can either walk (about 25 min) or take a bus.  Lines N. 1, 6, 7, 8, 11, all go in the direction of the Department. Lines N. 6, 7, 11, do not leave from the stop in front of the station, so you will have to take the stairs and go down to the stop S. Rocchetto in Via Tolomeo Gallio. If you arrive by plane. The most convenient airport to get to Como is Malpensa. From there you can reach Como by train. There are no direct trains, the most convenient way is to stop in Saronno and from there take a train to Como. Trains from Saronno stop both at Como Borghi and Como Lago. Here is the route planner.
